Program description

By opting into the eQ Homes Inc. Marketing SMS Program, you agree to receive marketing text messages regarding new communities, available homes, events, promotions and other home-buying opportunities.

Consent

Participation is optional. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing a home, product or service from eQ Homes Inc.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless provider for information about your messaging or data plan.

Opting out

You may cancel your participation at any time by replying STOP to any message. After submitting a STOP request, you may receive a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive marketing text messages unless you opt in again.

Delivery

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the availability and operation of wireless networks and services.
