Would Change

I wish that we could have been more involved in the building process (more visits) and since I’ve purchased the home, it’s been hard to get ahold of our concierge. It’s like since we are no longer customers, we are forgotten about.

Would Change

I think you should provide more opportunities to view home during construction. We have seen little action on the outstanding pre occupancy items and it seems the response is to add them to the 30 day list and they will be looked at then. Little more flexibility to modify interior plan.
